Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is not refundable.

Shipping
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Shipping is $4.50 anywhere inside the United States. I do not currently ship outside the US. I will try to ship your order within a day or two, but occasionally I'm off at a show, on vacation or sick. I will email you when the order is shipped.

Payment and Ordering
Payments online are made via PayPal. If you do not wish to order online you can email me your order and snail-mail me a check or money order. Be sure to include the item numbers when ordering. Packages will not be shipped until payment has cleared. I do not accept credit cards over the phone.

Out of Stock Items
If an item was bought but is listed as "OUT OF STOCK", it can still be ordered. However items will not be shipped quickly since they need to be made and occasionally I will have to wait for an order of beads to come in. If you would like an estimate on how long it will take email me.

Custom Work
If you are interested in a similar piece to one that I've made but would like to change the color or material then send me an email describing what you would like. I will email you back with more questions or with payment details. Payment must be received before the work is started. Some custom work is not returnable. I'll let you know during our emails.
